Very Good
I like the location, it is next to a Metro, Bus and Renfe station so it's easy to move around, and is closed to some of the tourist spots so you can walk your way out.
It is clean but some of the facilities are really old

Great location.
Location was excellent. Hotel is literally next to the Piramedes Metro and Renfe Intra-city stations that let you get to the Madrid Atocha station in less than 10 mins. And to get to the major touristy places in the heart of Madrid, it would take us about 20 mins to get there from the hotel. The are the hotel was in seemed safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Provided all the information we needed to know about where to go and how to get there. Rooms were furnished with basic necessities. Good wardrobe space. Our room had a bath tub. There was hot water there throughout the stay. So there was no worry about having to take a shower in the cold December days. Room was clean and the daily turndown service was fine. There wasn't a kettle. But that was fine as we had expected it and brought our own. The place is as advertised. Overall a good value room for the price.
